Cancellation policy: cancellations only valid in writting
Cancellation fee: up to 2 month befor start of holidays no fee will be charged;
up to 1 month before start of holidays > 20% cancellation fee will be charged;  
up to 1 week before start of holidays > 50% cancellation fee will be charged;
Payment: payment in chash

Arrival:  your apartment will be available for you from 2pm.
Departure:  on day of departure, the apartment has to be vacated by 10am.
